Steve Raue

Master of Arts in Applied Cultural Analysis

Steve Raue has been working as an independent consultant in public sector development since 2010 and joined SEgroup as Junior Consortial Partner in 2011. His focus is on change management and organisational development with expertise in the analysis and enhancement of potentials in organisation cultures.

Steve Raue has studied Applied Cultural Analysis at the University of Lund, Sweden, and the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. During his studies he applied cultural analysis in a variety of projects – among others in the project management of a larger city development, the exploration and building of a city’s cultural identity as well as smaller innovation analyses.

He now aims to further his expertise in Cross-Cultural Complex Project Management and has submitted his application to become a doctorial candidate.
