Leading practice

Leading practice means going for the cutting edge practice and the best achievement possible. Moreover, it entails a supportive endeavor of leading a practice towards its full potential. This is what SEgroup sees as its mission.

Systemic consulting

Systemic consulting means studying the processes of an organisation works and its patterns of work. Through making some interventions that allow the organisation to reflect on its performance, systemic consulting supports the organisation in understanding its full potential and moving towards change.

What we do

Organisational readiness check

Organisational readiness check is an SEgroup approach that focuses on what your organisation is ready for. Firstly, it shows what can be done now to improve the course of your organisation. Secondly, it looks for what can be done next to close the gap between the current and the possible, generating organisational development. Finally, it adds a new question: is this enough? Thus, organisational readiness check tries to open new possibilities and cover the ground for meaningful change.

Systemic Inquiry

Systemic inquiry is a semi-structured open interview setting, where the interviewer does not use a predefined question setting, but rather has the goal to give people the chance to tell their stories. The outcome of systemic inquiry is a set of interesting insights into people’s lives and social reality.

Co-creation

SEgroup stands on the working mode of co-creation, when consultants and clients share knowledge and potentially generate innovation by working together to create something new.

Systemic Innovation

Systemic innovation looks into how organisations and social systems create their course of action. The goal of systemic innovation is to change them in order to come to new and innovative results.

Systemic Thinking

Systemic thinking looks into the fundamental distinction between a system and its environment, trying to explain how this distinction is produced. Through focusing on creation, systemic thinking studies how systems are created and reproduced. This perspective allows to transfer complexity into creation.

Social systems

SEgroup offers meaningful perspectives on social systems to understand their nature and find the way to next practice. The idea behind social systems is the focus not on individuals, but on their interaction within a system. A social system highlight the creation of value, which is larger than the sum of people, because it rests with interaction and the value it can generate.
