Systemic Excellence as our world view is what motivates us, and the passion for social excellence is what connects us.

We are a group of experts with various backgrounds and skills. All consultants and researchers of the SEgroup are alleged consortial partners (CPs), acting as the formal stakeholders in the think tank. All CPs are active in other settings as well, working as self-employed professionals. Consortial partners are pursuing further educational and professional qualifications, continuously improving our knowledge, experience and reputation. This proves that the the SEgroup is more than merely a network; it is a closely knit team of dedicated professionals, which in itself resembles a cooperation of creative and inspired individuals.

We truly enable self-actualization, allowing all group members freedom of choice enabling them to combine and balance their private and work lives. This allows us to create opportunities to work on projects which matter to us and are part of our passion. We constantly challenge ourselves by continuously improving our organisational set-up and co-creations. For this purpose we set up a strategy committee to drive our internal and external developments.
