Elke Umbach

Elke Umbach joined the Systemic Excellence Group as a consortial partner in 2009. She has established herself as an organisational consultant, executive coach and passionate trainer since 1996. Elke supports creating change and stimulating vitality in organisations by focusing attention on their potential and achieving the results that can be unexpected.

She assists and supports processes of organisational transformation, cultural change, strategic planning and execution, team development and simultaneous change through large group processes. In human resource development processes, she supports talent management programs and provides training to high potential candidates.

She has extensive experience in the automotive, IT and banking industries.
