Estuardo is a PhD Student at the CCCPM Graduate School of the Europa-University Viadrina in cooperation with the SEgroup since 2009. His focus on Project Management dates back to his University years where he got associated with the International Project Management Association (IPMA). Today he is still a member of the Young Crew Management Board of the German Association of Project Management responsible for international affairs. As a researcher he is especially interested in intercultural relations. This issue has occupied him throughout his life as he has been born in Guatemala and studied in Brazil and Germany.

He graduated in 2007 from both the University of Applied Sciences FH-Münster in Germany and the UniFAE Business School in Brazil in Business Administration, majoring in Regional Studies of Latin America.
