Birgit Andrag

Degree in Dentistry (Stellenbosch); Executive MBA (UCT); Diploma in Project Management (MBP™); Diploma in Strategic Brand Management (Vega, UK)

Dr. Birgit Andrag practiced as a private dental practitioner since 1983. She successfully innovated and manages new businesses (1997 - 2009). In 2009 she co-founded SEgroup Cape Town and Cape Health Destination.

Birgit Andrag conducted her research in 2009 in the normative management field of Diversity Integration in the South African Executive Boardroom. She was awarded the Old Mutual Gold Medal For high professional performance and outstanding Achievement.

She is a member of the internationally renowned  Women Presidents’ Organization for Business Owners and the International Society for Systemic Sciences which now leads her into the specialised  field of diversity integration into teams to optimise organisational performance.
