Brigitte Bauder

Since 2006 Brigitte Bauder works as a consultant for Systemic Excellence Group, currently in the position of a Managing Consortial Partner. Her consulting focus is on change deployment with an expertise in deployment of quality management systems.

After she finished her studies in architecture in 2000, Brigitte Bauder started her professional career in the area of communications. She decided to join Systemic Excellence Group to have a higher impact on the organisational development on the side of a consultant than on the side of her communication agency. Brigitte Bauder has a long history in implementing quality management as ISO 9000ff and deploying quality tools as Lean and Six Sigma. Her clients are from different branches, like industry, as well as non profit organisations.

Within SEgroup she is responsible for the Finance and Operations area.

Brigitte Bauder is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
