Nils Diederichsen

Nils Diederichsen has been working as an international management consultant, trainer and coach since 2001, having a special focus on Spain and Latin America. In 2003, he became a consortial partner of the Systemic Excellence Group where he works as a consultant and researcher. His main research focus is Leadership in diverse and multi-cultural teams and organisations.

Nils Diederichsen grew up in Mexico City. In 1990, he came to Berlin where he studied business and economics at the Free University Berlin.
