He is an expert in the field of corporate culture and values as well as cultural change management. Furthermore, he is supporting innovative team and personnel development approaches fostering a sustainable improvement of human interaction.

As a researcher, he is passionate about studying the cross-cultural impact on different organisational forms and their co-operation. Inter alia, he participates in the Next Practice NGO Study of the Systemic Excellence Group. Yet, his research focus is on values in the context of multi-cultural project teams.

Fabian came from the Niederrhein (NRW) and achieved his Master degree in Work- and Organisational Psychology at the Radboud University Nijmegen (The Netherlands). Before joining the Systemic Excellence Group, he has built up expertise in Human Resource Management in a Cologne-located company.
