
Fabian Hoffmann
M. Sc. in PsychologyHe is an expert in the field of corporate culture and values as well as cultural change management. Furthermore, he is supporting innovative team and personnel development approaches fostering a sustainable improvement of human interaction.
As a researcher, he is passionate about studying the cross-cultural impact on different organisational forms and their co-operation. Inter alia, he participates in the Next Practice NGO Study of the Systemic Excellence Group. Yet, his research focus is on values in the context of multi-cultural project teams.
Fabian came from the Niederrhein (NRW) and achieved his Master degree in Work- and Organisational Psychology at the Radboud University Nijmegen (The Netherlands). Before joining the Systemic Excellence Group, he has built up expertise in Human Resource Management in a Cologne-located company.
