Alexander Kiehne

Alexander Kiehne works as a consultant and researcher for Systemic Excellence Group to which he was admitted as consortial partner in 2002. Within the Group, he is responsible for Systemic Excellence Group's potential enhancements both on organisational and personal level.

His consulting focus is on explorative organisations' consulting and the derived creation of change processes to “bring the organisation back into contact with itself."

In the field of research his emphasis is on questions of management, leadership and governance against the background of an emerging knowledge-based society and the globalisation's dynamics.

Alexander Kiehne studied Sociology, History and Law at the University of Bielefeld, Germany.
