Grit Schlechtriem

Grit Schlechtriem has worked as a consortial partner for the Systemic Excellence Group since 2007. She is responsible for quality management and process optimisation between and within the fields of research and consulting. Furthermore she monitors all internal and external projects.

She specialises in Teambuiling 2.0 applications adopting a holistic perspective with particular consideration for cultural aspects of organisations. She also concentrates on change management processes within organisations. In addition to team and organisational approaches, she is focussed on the individual level of coaching.

Grit Schlechtriem graduated in Business Administration from the Humboldt University zu Berlin.
