SEgroup South Africa is implemented in Cape Town, the scenic parliamentary capital of South Africa, nestles between the majestic Table Mountain and tranquil seashores.  This, over 350 years, became home to leading Universities, Business Schools, Socialised Centres of Research and Technical Excellence. Africa’s diversity of culture in addition to the unique complex socio-economic issues this continent grapples with, motivated the 5 South African directors to pool their expertise and address these challenges.

The Systemic Excellence Group South Africa was founded in October 2009. The members share a growing urgency to integrate systemic interventions into organisational development and co-create solutions within the existing global environment. The groups’ collaborative professional expertise in engineering, finance, risk management, healthcare, IT systems, strategic and operational processes fuels the Systemic Think Tank approach to improve Leading Practice.

SEgroup South Africa is linked to The Graduate School of University of Cape Town, the leader in Business Innovation for Africa.  This establishes their relationship to research and custom design turnaround change strategies for modern day management problems.
