Systemic Inquiry is an explorative evaluation of opportunities for organisational improvement. Systemic Inquiry is organisational analysis and change in one. It is about exploring organisational identity and the opportunities for change. And this is different from organisation to organisation. There is no such thing as one best practice.

Systemic Inquiry does not distinguish between concept and implementation. It is genuine change facilitation. You can unleash the energies for change. You cannot impose change, because organisations change from within or they do not change at all.
