From our point of view political consulting in the 21st century has to deliver five main functions in order to provide meaningful support to political actors:

• Identifying blind spots and clarifying what is relevant and what not.
• Generating and developing ideas: long-term and solution-orientated, strategic, realistic according to political powers, with a focus on the well-being of society.
• Warning of future dangers by anticipation of and raising awareness for societal challenges.
• Being a sparring partner for self-reflection and the testing of ideas.
• Providing an open space for the exchange of knowledge detached from party interests, ideologies, and competition.

We support politicians and political organisations in self-reflection and in designing and facilitating change. Excellence on the individual and party level is our goal in this respect, to the benefit of the individual and the greater public as well.
