Teambuilding 2.0 focuses on diversity and leadership, since these are the resources for outstanding performance. Teams are different and develop constantly. They have different external and internal conditions determining performance. They have different capabilities and opportunities to excel.
Good teamwork is about sharing goals. Only teams which continuously negotiate and improve their practice of cooperation make the leap to become an outstanding team. It comes down to transparency, participation and space for reflection. Different teams have different leadership needs. That makes the 2.0. There is no "one size fits all" approach to leadership. Teams need to know themselves to improve. And leaders need to know themselves to develop. You cannot have the one without the other.
